* Obey all traffic rules at the event. Please follow & abide by all  signs, rules, & regulations.
* Pedestrians always have the right of way.
* Follow and abide by all of the directions of the DUBFEST staff. Park in the designated / assigned show area only.
* Please do not litter! If caught littering, you will be escorted out of the event without a refund.
* Available security & staff will enforce all rules and regulations set by DUBFEST and Property officials.
* Drugs, alcohol, nudity, the use of illegal substances or violence will not be tolerated.
* Only participants in/of  Dubfest Car Show are allowed to drive through the marked areas to their designated / assigned area.
* All raffle winners must be present to receive their winning prizes.  In the event a winner is not present, the prize(s) will be re-raffled!
* Dubfest is not responsible for prizes not honored by participating raffle sponsors. Dubfest will take measures to assist in retrieving un-honored raffle prizes.  If a raffle is still not honored / retrievable, Dubfest will offer the following:
a. Entry Fee Refund for the raffle ticket owner of $10.00.
b. Refund for raffle ticket purchased of $3.00.
* All pictures taken by any/all DUBFEST MEDIA staff and officials at the event are the sole property of DUBFEST MEDIA.
* Dubfest can at any time use all pictures / video / audio taken by all participants, media companies, press, spectators, and staff made available with/without notice at the event for promotional use. All guests and participants entering the event with photography / audio / video equipment must sign a waiver and gain a stamp at the entrance.
* All invited press (Print / Audio / Video) must submit stories to the event holders for approval prior to publication release. In the event Dubfest is not contacted prior, Dubfest may suspend future invitations & media credentials.
* Cross-Promotion (i.e. outfits, clothing, displays, advert distribution, etc.) of non authorized or participating sponsors/vendors will not be allowed with out prior consent of authorized personnel. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Dubfest officials & staff may refuse services and admittance to anyone at any time.
* No children under the age of 16 will be permitted to participate in the DUBFEST Car Show. All children 13 years & younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* All pre-paid participants must show a picture ID (i.e. driver's license, US Passport, Military ID, California ID, etc) to get their pre-registration packets on the morning of the event.
* DUBFEST and involved parties are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or abused vehicles or personal belongings while left unattended at the event at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Please lock your personal belongings and vehicle while away from them at all times.
* Please keep all audio/video equipment turned down during announcements, raffle sessions, and off during the trophy presentation.
* The maximum speed limit is 2 mph (miles per hour) while on show grounds. No Exceptions!
* Refunds are available only for the following 2 reasons. No Exceptions!
a. Cancellation of the event.
b. Overbooked Show event
* All authorized personnel including magazine photographers & staff must present identification and an access pass to gain access to restricted areas. No Exceptions!
* Please use extreme caution and keep children away from moving vehicles entering onto, or leaving the show & motorsport grounds, or while moving through spectator areas.
* No unauthorized staff, vendors, sponsors, spectators, or participants are allowed in the personnel area of the main building.

» REMINDER
 
  • A safety helmet (L.A. Event)
  • Drink / bring lots of water. The weather will be very hot.
  • Canopies, tents, chairs allowed & recommended. (L.A. Event)
  • Sunglasses & Sunscreen.
  • Many vendors with covered booths will be on hand, hang out with them for questions & some shade.  
  • Clothes appropriate for the weather forecast, plus a change for when the forecast is wrong.
  • Driver's License
  • Invest in small misters, straw hats, umbrellas, or a baseball style cap.
  • Don't forget to bring your camera or camcorder.
  • Please do not forget to bring your wheel lock key/tools to remove your wheels if necessary.
  • Cleaning Supplies & paper towels.
  • Please carefully read over the tech requirements for the Auto-X. (L.A. Event)
  • A good tire pressure gauge. (L.A. Event)
  • Have sufficient amount of fuel available. Stalling on the track will cause a back up & loss of track time for everyone. (L.A. Event)
  • Chalk or white shoe polish to mark the tires.
  • Be courteous to others & be aware of moving vehicles.
» Track / Admission . . .
  Q. Can I purchase General Admission tickets on-line or in advanced?
A. No, all general admission tickets/wristbands will be available on the day of the event at the main entrance gate. CASH ONLY!
  Q. What if I loose my ticket / wristband?
A. You will have to purchase another to stay within the premises of the DUBFEST car show & Speedway.  Please make sure to have your wristband in full view at all times, and place it over long sleeves if necessary.
  Q. Will there be food available?
A. Yes, Food vendors will be open the day of the event. *Please be advised that cost will be of common Track similarity.
  Q. Will I be able to leave and come back?
A. Yes, you will be allowed 1 exit & re-entrance. More than 1 time will require a new ticket / wristband purchase.
  Q. Will there be Security available?
A. Yes, We have event & track personnel to monitor and enforce all rules and regulations. Please have your wristband in full view at all times.
  Q. Can I/we hang out in the General Parking Lot?
A. No, There will be no loitering or "hanging out" allowed in any of the parking lots or un-used portions of the track. This is set to help enforce and minimize any and all vandalism, theft, or abuse to the track and/or parked vehicles.  If caught loitering in these areas, you will be asked once to return to the venue, and to leave with out a refund on a second warning.
  Q. Will there be restrooms available?
A. Yes, Both Speedways will be offering restrooms and drinking fountains that are spread across the venue.
  Q. What can we not bring (i.e. pets, food, alcohol, etc.)?
A. There are No pets, glass containers, skateboards, bikes, mini bikes, or outside alcohol allowed on the premises.  If caught, the items will be either disposed of or confiscated until the end of the event

  Q. Can I change spots or leave early?
A. No, all participants and vendors must remain in the show area during operating show hours. Please DO NOT move any vehicle in any circumstance with out permission or a DUBFEST official guide.
   
» Car Show . . .
  Q. Is and will there be an event schedule?
A. Yes, we will have a [Schedule of Events] sheet in all participant packets, vendor packets, as well as at the official DUBFEST Information Booth. (while supplies last)
  Q. How many passengers can I bring in with me during set up?
A. All participants are allowed (ONE) passenger per car.  All other passengers must wait until the General Admission Gates open (5:00pm - 1am) | (10:00am - Los Angeles) to enter.  Please see the "Pricing" section below for passengers and general admission prices. All vehicles will go through a check point and must open all doors/trunk for inspection unless visible from outside of vehicle.
  Q. Will there be entertainment?
A. Yes, we will have a live DJ / DJ Battle by the Vegas Vandals in the stage area on hand playing a mixed variety of favorites, Models including Tanya Arredondo & Jeri Lee, and a hookah lounge presented by Al-Fakher. Please visit The Zones page.
  Q. What should I bring the day of the event as a participant?
A. - To register the day of - valid Driver's License & payment in cash.
    - If you Pre-Registered - valid ID/Driver's License & Confirmation of payment copy.
  Q. When will I be able to pick up the pre-registration packet?
A. On the day of the show / Roll In. Please make sure to fill out your required display form and place your car number on the DRIVER'S side dash in plain view to be judged.
  Q. How many judges will be available?
A.  Although we don't want to guarantee more than one per class, we are working hard to find qualified and un-biased judges to create 2 Judges Per Class. If you interested in judging, please e-mail us at staffing@dubfestmedia.com (non Car Club or Employee of a European Automotive Company preferred!).

  Q. When is the Pre-Registration Deadline?
A. Sunday, April 27th @ 11:59 pm.
  Q. Can I register on the day of the show?
A. Yes, but we strongly recommend pre-registration as spots are limited, pricing will increase & the registration process may take longer on the day of the show.
  Q. How much does it cost for the Car Show?
A. Pre-Registration: $40.00  |  Day-OF Registration: $50.00 (max 200 spots)
  Q. How much does it cost for the Driver?
A. Driver is included with registration of Car Show & Auto-X. (max 1)
  Q. How much does it cost for Passengers?
A. $20.00 (max 1)
  Q. How much does it cost for General Admission?
A. $20.00
  Q. How much does it cost for children?  *State Curfew will apply
A. 6 - 13 years old: $10.00  |  5 years & younger: $0.00 (Free)

  Q. Will there be a package deal again this year?
A. NOT FOR THE VEGAS EVENTWe will have the DUBFEST Silver Package (limited to 25 spots) once again available at the Los Angeles event for individuals wanting a full package at a discounted price.  The package includes the following:
  • 1 Car Show Entry
  • 1 Auto-X Entry ( min. 3 runs )
  • 1 Passenger Entry Pass
  • 2 Event T-Shirts
  • 2 Raffle Tickets
Q. What type of payments does Dubfest Media accept?
A. All pre-registration & payments must be received by (Sunday, April 27th @ 11:59 pm) - No Exception!
 
  • Credit Cards and Personal Check via PayPal (pre-registration)
  • Cashier Check or Money Order By Snail-Mail (until deadline)
  • Cash Only (at the general admission gate/sales booths/Day-Of registration)
  Q. What if i mailed my payment in a personal check?
A. We will only accept a personal check with prior approval of authorized Dubfest officials.  Without the approval, Dubfest will return your envelope / package. This may and can slow down the registration process.
